RISING UP: K - 2nd grade
This class is for young yogis known for their natural curiosity and desire to learn. Simple yoga poses, along with songs, stories, dancing and relaxation techniques will encourage self-expression as well as promote social, sensory and motor skills. Strengths such as confidence, kindness, bravery and compassion will be reinforced throughout each class. The students will be instructed in the yoga techniques of breathing and relaxation.
Class is 1 hour and will be limited to 8 students.
