WEE RISE: 3-5 Year Olds
This class is for preschool-aged children. The class will incorporate simple yoga poses, songs, stories, dancing and relaxation to encourage self-expression as well as strengthen social, sensory and motor skills. It is designed to strengthen their bodies and minds using simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques as taught through yoga.
Class is 45 minutes and will be limited to 8 students.
